Ukrainian oligarch Vadim Ermolaev says bomb attack points to his own intelligence services

Ukrainian oligarch Vadim Ermolaev, aged 59, was injured when a bomb exploded at the entrance of his Monaco apartment building during the summer, an incident that left the vestibule under repair. He reports gradual improvement, though further eye examinations are pending. His companion, who was also present, stays in hospital with severe injuries and an uncertain recovery timeline, while their son has resumed schooling and appears to be recovering.
