Ultrahuman partners with Abu Dhabi to launch UAE-wide biological age service
Ultrahuman signed a two-year MOU with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Center to develop a biological-age model that will eventually be offered to residents across the United Arab Emirates.
Ultrahuman announced a two-year memorandum of understanding with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Center to create a biological-age algorithm that merges clinical test results with signals from wearable devices. The tool aims to gauge how fast a person is aging and highlight contributors such as sleep, activity, cardiovascular health and metabolism. Designed to be wearable-agnostic, the model will accept data from rings, wrist-worn devices, straps and patches.
Once validated, the health-age score will be accessible via UAE digital-health services like TAMM and Sahatna. CEO Mohit Kumar said the partnership lets the company apply its data-driven algorithms to a population far larger than its current 800,000-ring customer base. The UAE already accounts for about 4-5% of Ultrahuman’s revenue and shows higher user retention than other markets. The collaboration runs alongside a similar Abu Dhabi project with rival Oura, underscoring a broader move by wearable makers into preventive health.
Why it matters
The deal could bring personalized aging insights to millions of UAE residents, expanding preventive health beyond niche wearables.
