Unknown 30-year-old tops Vänsterpartiet list in Dalarna, ousting climate spokesperson
A little-known 30-year-old named Ali received 648 personal votes, placing ninth on Vänsterpartiet’s Dalarna ballot and displacing climate spokesperson Kajsa Fredholm.
Ali, who has been a V member for just over a year, appeared ninth on the party’s Dalarna parliamentary list. Despite running no personal campaign, he garnered 648 individual votes, enough to push out Kajsa Fredholm from the list. The party’s Borlänge group leader, Matts Hammarqvist, admitted he was unfamiliar with Ali and could not confirm his activity within the party.
