Unlicensed practitioner charged with homicide after client dies from trendy anti-aging injection

Police have charged Rojas Cabrera, an individual without a U.S. medical license, with homicide after a client died from a fashionable anti-aging injection in Riverdale. The deceased, Baron, was found dead during a post-mortem that linked her death to the administered treatment, which has been popularized by celebrities such as Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber. Cabrera, licensed only in the Dominican Republic, was initially arrested on July 20 on reckless endangerment and unauthorized practice of a profession, and was released without bail.

The new homicide indictment follows the earlier charges and two prior arrests, including one for attempting to import medical supplies. Officials suggest that additional charges could be added as the investigation continues.
