One of Senator Susan Collins' six federal offices in Maine was vandalized when graffiti reading “Trump wh***” was sprayed onto its glass doors in Biddeford. Chief of staff Katie Brown issued a statement rejecting intimidation, emphasizing that the constituent service office will stay operational. The incident was first highlighted by state Senate Republican assistant leader Matt Harrington in a morning post on X, and local news confirmed the paint has been cleaned.

A spokesperson did not reveal when the graffiti was discovered or whether law enforcement was involved. The attack comes weeks before Maine voters decide whether Collins, first elected in 1996, will secure a sixth Senate term, a race in which Democrats are linking her to President Donald Trump and recent GOP policies. Democratic nominee Troy Jackson's campaign declined to comment at the time of publication.
