Vantris Energy secures RM1.8 billion offshore contracts with PETRONAS Carigali and PTTEP

Vantris Energy Bhd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary VTEB Offshore Sdn Bhd has been granted two offshore transportation and installation work orders, together valued at RM1.8 billion. The orders come from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd and PTTEP under existing contracts for offshore facilities. Both assignments are scheduled to commence in Q3 2026 and run through Q4 2027.

Group chief executive Muhammad Zamri Jusoh highlighted the contracts as evidence of the firm’s offshore construction capabilities and a step toward strengthening its order book. He emphasized a focus on disciplined execution, safety, and operational excellence to generate healthier cash flow. The wins align with Vantris Energy’s strategy to secure projects that match its core strengths and improve financial resilience.
