Vantrock to spend over ₹3,000 crore on new logistics and warehousing parks
Vantrock Real Assets will invest more than ₹3,000 crore over the next four years to develop logistics, industrial and warehousing parks, beginning with 3 million sq ft in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Pune.
Vantrock Real Assets Pvt Ltd announced a four-year investment programme exceeding ₹3,000 crore to build industrial, logistics and warehousing parks across major Indian cities. The plan targets 11.5 million sq ft of development, valued at about ₹4,200 crore when finished, with the first 3 million sq ft slated for Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Pune and construction set to start in 2027. Founder and CEO Anshul Singhal said the strategy focuses on acquiring premium infill land within proven corridors and upgrading existing Grade-B structures to Grade-A quality.
Chairman Shailesh V Haribhakti emphasized maintaining high quality while scaling rapidly, and the firm will use long-term leases, joint ventures and joint developments instead of outright purchases. Vantrock also plans to refurbish outdated warehouses in prime locations, buying Grade-B assets outright or via partnerships. The total investment of roughly ₹3,100 crore will be financed through a mix of equity, construction debt and forward funding, aiming to satisfy growing demand from 3PL operators, e-commerce firms and manufacturers, a gap that analysts say will widen through the decade.
Why it matters
The investment will expand India's high-quality logistics capacity, supporting e-commerce growth and manufacturing supply chains.
