Victoria Beckham's label posts first profit and readies flagship New York store
Victoria Beckham Holdings reported a $9.9 million operating profit for 2025 and announced the opening of its first permanent U.S. store in New York this September.
Victoria Beckham Holdings posted its first operating profit, earning $9.9 million in 2025 after a $2.2 million loss the year before, with revenue climbing 15% to $175.2 million for the fifth straight year of double-digit growth. CEO Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, who joined in July 2025, highlighted the achievement as a milestone achieved despite a challenging luxury market. The company’s turnaround stems from a narrowed focus on signature apparel, a rapidly expanding beauty line that now ranks as the second-largest revenue source, and stronger fragrance sales.
Beauty products such as The Foundation Drops generated a waitlist of over 25,000 customers before restocking in 2026. The brand plans to open its inaugural permanent U.S. boutique on Mercer Street in New York, integrating fashion, beauty and fragrance under one roof, after testing the market with a Miami pop-up. Partnerships with retailers like Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Mecca, Space NK and Harrods aim to broaden the beauty distribution to more than 300 locations across 15 markets.
Why it matters
The profit milestone signals that a celebrity-started label can become a sustainable luxury business and expands its U.S. retail footprint.
