Video shows two Minneapolis police officers wounded during fatal apartment shooter chase

A dramatic video released by the City of Minneapolis illustrates the chaotic moments when two police officers were shot while chasing a gunman inside an apartment building. The shooter, Carlton Johnson, had already killed two residents and wounded three people, among them a woman thought to be the mother of his child, after an arranged custody handoff outside the building.
