Vietnam Airlines is set to launch a direct Da Nang-Singapore flight on 17 November, scheduled to leave Da Nang at 3:00 p.m. and return from Singapore at 7:45 p.m. local time, using an Airbus A321. The airline already runs 14 weekly round-trips between Hanoi and Singapore and 21 between Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore. Officials said Singapore remains a vital Southeast Asian market, with arrivals up 29.8% year-on-year in the first three quarters of 2026.
Tickets will be sold until 31 December 2026 for travel through 31 May 2027. The new route complements recent network expansions to Amsterdam, Colombo, Phuket, and upcoming services to Ahmedabad and Hangzhou.
Why it matters
