Evidence showed a male Jewish student repeatedly targeted for his kippah, a female student chased because of her faith, and other pupils witnessing Nazi salutes and hateful remarks. Despite verbal warnings that harassment would not be tolerated, school leadership seldom enforced punitive measures.
