Vista Land posts 59% plunge in 2025 net profit amid delayed filing
Vista Land and Lifescapes reported a 59% drop in 2025 net income to P3.8 billion, while EBITDA rose 6% to P24.2 billion.
Vista Land and Lifescapes finally released its 2025 financial results, revealing a 59% contraction in net income to P3.8 billion, down from P9.37 billion in 2024. Despite the profit drop, the firm highlighted a 6% rise in EBITDA to P24.2 billion, which it said met its annual target. Consolidated revenue stood at P35.8 billion, yet gross profit from the residential segment fell 18% to P9.7 billion.
The company’s September nine-month report had shown P9.46 billion in net income, indicating a substantial loss in the final quarter or adjustments to earlier figures. Vista Land attributed part of the result to recognized interest expenses that were not capitalized. The release also noted the launch of 46 horizontal housing projects valued at about P49.6 billion and year-end assets of P376.8 billion, but it did not include the full audited statements.
