WALDEVAR showcases extensive execution capacity across 25 active energy sites
WALDEVAR reports that it is managing 25 ongoing energy projects in Romania, totaling over 1 GW, with a broad portfolio that includes solar, storage and grid infrastructure.
WALDEVAR indicates that its Romanian arm is currently executing 25 separate construction sites, together delivering over 1 GW of installed capacity. The firm relies on an internal pool of equipment and personnel to allocate teams quickly across different project phases, from foundations to grid connection. Its project mix includes solar parks, battery energy storage systems, high-voltage transmission works, floating photovoltaic installations and O&M contracts.
Recent achievements feature rapid high-voltage line installations and a joint venture with SANY on a complex 95 MWp solar-BESS project in Dobrești. Internationally, WALDEVAR is advancing solar developments in Calabria, a 14 MW floating solar plant in France, and expanding its presence in Germany and the Czech Republic. Executives Nicu Constantin and Ioan Popoviciu stress that coordination and swift decision-making are key to maintaining project momentum.
