Walmart adds Dunkin’ to its delivery menu, letting shoppers order coffee with groceries
Walmart will now deliver Dunkin’ drinks and meals together with grocery orders, starting with 150 in-store locations and later expanding to most of the chain’s U.S. sites.
Walmart is expanding its restaurant delivery offering by integrating Dunkin’ into its online ordering platform, allowing shoppers to add coffee and meals to grocery deliveries. The partnership, revealed Thursday, first includes the 150 Dunkin’ shops housed inside Walmart stores across the country, with a roadmap to bring the service to most of Dunkin’s roughly 10,000 U.S. locations outside the retailer. Customers in supported zip codes can browse the Dunkin’ menu, customize orders, and check out through the same interface they use for Walmart purchases.
The move builds on earlier collaborations, such as express delivery for Subway from select Walmart stores. Walmart executives highlight that the company’s dense footprint—covering about 90% of the U.S. population within a ten-mile radius—enables a seamless, convenient experience for shoppers seeking both groceries and restaurant items in one delivery.
Why it matters
Combining grocery and restaurant delivery simplifies shopping and could boost sales for both Walmart and Dunkin’.
