Wardley vows to finish Dubois in O2 rematch after last-night loss

Fabio Wardley and Daniel Dubois are set to meet for a second time at The O2 Arena on Saturday, with Wardley insisting he will finish the bout this time. After being knocked down twice and suffering a late stoppage in May, Wardley said he was too eager and will now control his aggression. He pledged to implement new tactics while still being willing to engage in a knockout battle.

Dubois, one outlet WBO heavyweight title holder, expressed quiet confidence and readiness for a war. The pre-fight press conference featured a brief dispute between their managers: Riz Khan claimed Wardley had not fully recovered from injuries, while Michael Ofo accused Dubois of head-butting and rabbit punching in the first encounter.
