Wednesday Season 3 Production Ongoing, Premiere Likely Delayed Until 2027
Netflix is filming Wednesday Season 3 near Dublin, but a 2026 release is improbable, with 2027 expected.
Filming for Wednesday Season 3 began in February 2022 near Dublin, with Jenna Ortega reprising her role as Wednesday Addams and a mix of returning and new actors joining the project. Among the newcomers is Eva Green, who will play Aunt Ophelia, a character hinted at in the previous season. The show’s plot will expand beyond Nevermore Academy, featuring a Paris-focused arc and deeper exploration of Addams family secrets.
Netflix has provided no firm premiere window, and industry observers expect the series to arrive in 2027 rather than 2026. No confirmation has been given that this will be the final season, and production and post-production work remain ongoing.
