Whistleblower claims Dick Cheney oversaw secret alien detention program

During a recent episode of The Dr. Phil Podcast, former Air Force intelligence officer David Grusch alleged that a covert program to detain live extraterrestrials was run under the direction of Dick Cheney while he served as vice president. Grusch claimed the government has recovered between 25 and 100 crashed UFOs and that officials have engaged in a form of telepathic communication with the alien pilots. He said he knows individuals who directly participated in the detention effort and referenced a former cabinet member who worked on the issue for Cheney.

The whistleblower previously testified before Congress in 2023 about secret crash-retrieval operations, and his new statements echo those earlier claims. Dr. Phil highlighted the importance of questioning authority and accessing information, noting the broader public right to know. Dick Cheney, who died in November 2025 from health complications, was famously nicknamed "Darth Vader" for his influential role in the Bush administration.
