Wladimir Klitschko seeks court appointment to manage daughter Kaya's inheritance

Wladimir Klitschko, 50, asked a Los Angeles court to be appointed temporary guardian of his daughter Kaya’s estate, asserting that the girl, who lives in Ukraine with him, should receive the full value of Hayden Panettiere’s assets. The filing describes the request as urgent and essential for managing and safeguarding the inheritance. Klitschko alleges that federal investigators entered Panettiere’s residence, seized items belonging to her estate, and that no personal representative has been designated to protect those assets.

He notes that a security service changed the home’s locks after Panettiere’s death and relocated storage units containing designer clothing as a precaution. The petition further claims non-family individuals have accessed and destroyed emails and that some jewelry remains missing or in law-enforcement custody.
