According to campus police, a 21-year-old non-student was sexually assaulted at a Saturday night party hosted by the Lambda chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi in Hyde Park, near the University of Chicago. The incident took place at roughly 1:50 a.m., three hours into the gathering, after which a bystander intervened and the alleged perpetrator was seen fleeing on surveillance footage.
