Woman fatally stabs husband in Kurukshetra, leaves abdomen exposed

A woman in Kurukshetra allegedly stabbed her 40-year-old husband repeatedly with knives, causing severe abdominal injuries that led to his death.

Authorities say Vimla Devi attacked her husband Rajesh with multiple knife blows at a residence near Raj Palace on Pehowa Road. The post-mortem revealed a 35-centimetre abdominal wound with intestines protruding and portions of the liver and right kidney missing. Rajesh, originally from Dhampur village in Uttar Pradesh, worked as a water supplier for a local water-trading firm. The incident occurred within the Kurukshetra University police-station jurisdiction.
