Woman killed after collision in Tesco car park in Pitsea, Essex

A passenger died following a crash involving two vehicles in a Tesco car park in Pitsea, Essex.

Around 10:30 a.m. on 21 August, two vehicles collided in the car park of a Tesco store located under the A13 in Pitsea, Essex. A woman seated in one of the cars was rushed to hospital, yet she succumbed to her injuries despite the efforts of medical staff. Essex Police confirmed that the investigation is ongoing and have appealed for any dash-cam recordings or witness statements, providing a reference number for submissions.

No suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made so far. Authorities also offered an anonymous reporting option through Crimestoppers. The incident was witnessed by shoppers in the supermarket.
