Xiong’an Forum Launches Integrated Computing Power Center and Alliance for Future Cities

The 2026 Xiong’an Forum of China Computational Power Conference convened in the Langfang Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Big Data Innovation and Application Center, bringing together officials, industry executives, scholars and researchers. The event announced the creation of the Xiong’an International Computing Power Integrated Scheduling Center and the formation of the Xiong’an Computing Power Alliance. Organizers also displayed an initial series of computing power products and outlined typical scenarios for using this capacity in Future City development, alongside an integrated construction system for computing-network convergence.

Experts debated digital infrastructure, scenario-driven intelligent applications, and the coordination of computing, networking and security operations. The Xiong’an Urban Computing Center now operates a city-level system that connects 44 computing resource pools in 19 provinces, spanning eight national hubs such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with the goal of forming a hub serving Hebei and extending globally.
