YEIDA plans two new residential plot schemes near Noida airport for Navratri
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority announced two residential plot projects in Sector 5-A near Noida International Airport, slated for launch during Navratri.
Since Jewar Airport began operations, demand for land in the Yamuna Expressway region has surged, prompting YEIDA to unveil two new residential plot offerings in Sector 5-A, close to Noida International Airport. One scheme targets low-income buyers with 40 sqm units, while the other opens to the broader market with parcels ranging from 162 to 300 sqm. Eligibility excludes anyone who previously obtained a plot through YEIDA, Noida Authority or Greater Noida Authority schemes.
Shailendra Bhatia, additional CEO of YEIDA, said final details such as plot count and allocation rules will be released shortly. The current allotment price is Rs 36,260 per sqm, and the move follows a June lucky-draw allocation of 973 plots that attracted over 1.1 lakh applications. Improved air connectivity and logistics are driving interest from homebuyers and investors alike.
