Yoto unveils fourth-generation Player and Mini with new features and pre-orders
Yoto has opened pre-orders for its fourth-generation Player and Mini, adding faster hardware, a green shortcut button and a night-light for the larger model.
Yoto announced the launch of its fourth-generation audio players for children, making them available for pre-order on 10 September. The larger Yoto Player 4th gen, retailing at £119.99, introduces a green shortcut button that lets kids play a personalised playlist of up to 20 titles without using cards, an upgraded full-panel night-light with seven colours, a faster processor, doubled 64 GB storage, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.1, USB-C and wireless charging, and up to 14 hours of battery life.
The smaller Yoto Mini 4th gen, priced at £89.99, shares the same internal specs, adds an IP67 splash- and dust-resistant design and a wrist lanyard, but omits the night-light, offering a headphone jack, Bluetooth headphones, USB-C charging and up to 12 hours of use. The Mini is expected to ship from 30 September, while the Player will be dispatched from 15 October, and both can be bought via Yoto’s website and Amazon.
