Zelensky reported that Russian strikes wounded 52 people in Ukraine, hitting a shop, a pharmaceutical plant and logistics sites.
President Volodymyr Zelensky posted on Telegram that Russian attacks, employing Shahed drones almost nonstop, left 52 Ukrainians injured in a single day. The strikes targeted a shop, a pharmaceutical plant and several logistics installations. During the same period he met Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, praising Poland’s assistance and stressing the need for sanctions that do not aid Russia’s war effort.
Zelensky highlighted detailed discussions on countering the threats and strengthening Ukraine’s defence. He also travelled to Brussels for the EU summit, where he held bilateral meetings, including one with NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte about Russian attacks on energy infrastructure and new air-defence packages. The president thanked Poland for its principled stance and continued support.
