Congress leader slams Delhi chief minister over Kalkaji minor gang-rape case

The incident occurred when three men, claiming to be police officers, lured the minor and her friend, threatened them, and assaulted the girl in a park adjacent to the temple. Police responded to a call around 8:45 pm, took the victim for a medical exam and opened an investigation, registering a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

After an exchange of fire, one suspect was captured, and a subsequent operation led to the arrests of Hemant and Mukesh, completing the apprehension of all three accused.
