Delhi Police refutes jammer rumors, says mobile networks worked at Satya Niketan rescue site

The multi-storey boys' paying-guest facility collapsed, leaving seven dead and multiple injured, with rescue teams eventually extracting 12 survivors. Police detained 81-year-old Hariram Gupta, the PG owner, along with his wife Urmila Gupta and son Mahesh Gupta, who were sent to 14-day judicial custody.
