In Alaska, former Representative Mary Peltola is ahead in some surveys against incumbent Dan Sullivan, while in Iowa, Democrat Josh Turek leads in certain polls over Republican Ashley Hinson. Similar competitiveness appears in Kansas, Maine, New Hampshire and other battlegrounds, underscoring a potentially close battle for Senate control.
