Donald Trump to hold midterm rally at FGCU's Alico Arena in Lee County

Donald Trump is set to address supporters at a rally on Friday afternoon at Alico Arena, located on the Florida Gulf Coast University campus in unincorporated Lee County near Fort Myers. The rally begins at 2 p.m., and attendees can enter the venue from 10:30 a.m. The 4,500-seat arena, known for the 2013 "Dunk City" basketball run, will host the private event, prompting security-related parking and access restrictions for students, though classes will continue.

The university, founded in 1991 and serving about 15,000 students, is named after the agribusiness Alico. Trump has previously spoken at the nearby Hertz Arena in Estero in 2016 and 2018. Ticket information is available on gop.com.
