Former House Speaker Martin Romualdez has been deemed medically unfit to travel, according to a certification. Consequently, he will miss the Sandiganbayan hearing on his request to remain under hospital confinement. Police spokesperson Col. Allen Rae Co confirmed the document and said authorities are coordinating with the CIDG. The hearing will proceed without his physical presence.
