Hamilton crashes in Spanish GP practice as Antonelli tops session

During the final practice for the Spanish Grand Prix at the new Madrid circuit, Lewis Hamilton crashed his Ferrari, prompting a red flag. After the session resumed, Mercedes rookie Kimi Antonelli set the fastest lap of 1:32.797, beating Charles Leclerc by 0.166 seconds and extending his lead over teammate George Russell. A second red flag was later caused when Oliver Bearman spun at Turn 10. The provisional top ten also featured Oscar Piastri, Lando Norris, Max Verstappen and others.
