Hon Hai posts record September sales exceeding NT$1 trillion
Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. announced September consolidated sales of NT$1.15 trillion, the first time monthly revenue topped NT$1 trillion.
Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., known globally as Foxconn, disclosed that its September consolidated sales reached NT$1.15 trillion, marking the first month the company crossed the NT$1 trillion threshold. This represents a 38.42% increase compared with the same month last year and a 25.70% rise from August, largely thanks to strong performance in its cloud and networking segment amid the AI boom. The new total eclipsed the previous high of NT$837.1 billion recorded in September 2025.
While revenue from cloud, networking, electronic components and computing products rose sharply, the smart consumer electronics division remained flat as higher prices curbed shipments. The smart electronics division, however, posted a notable month-on-month gain as global brands introduced fresh products, and analysts linked part of the surge to Apple’s launch of the iPhone 18 series. Hon Hai also highlighted a record quarterly sales figure of NT$3.03 trillion for Q3 and a nine-month total of NT$7.67 trillion.
Why it matters
The milestone underscores Hon Hai's pivotal role in the global AI and electronics supply chain and signals strong demand for its cloud and networking products.
