Indonesia's Danantara to Host Global Tech Investment Forum in Jakarta

Sigit Puji Santosa, Danantara's CTO, highlighted Indonesia's abundant resources and its position within Southeast Asia as key draws for foreign technology investment. The 2026 Danantara Technology and Innovation Investment Forum (DTIIF) will take place in Jakarta from Oct. 26 to 28, gathering global tech firms, investors and policy makers. Attendees will hear from Danantara directors about investment prospects in six focus areas: energy; agriculture, food and health; advanced materials and semiconductors; transportation and infrastructure; finance and banking; and AI, digital infrastructure and telecommunications.

The event aims to foster an ecosystem anchored in technology and innovation, with success measured by the number of partnerships, MoUs and pipeline projects that materialise afterwards. Danantara intends to act as a catalyst, ensuring that commitments made at the forum translate into tangible industrial development.
