Lebanese health ministry reports over 4,300 deaths and 12,000 injuries from Israeli strikes

The Lebanese health ministry says Israeli attacks have killed at least 4,358 people and wounded 12,359 since the March 2 invasion.

According to the health ministry, the death toll from Israeli strikes in Lebanon has risen to 4,358, with 12,359 injured since the March 2 incursion. The ministry also notes that total casualties since October 8, 2023, total 8,925 dead and 30,595 wounded. Recent overnight raids in the south and east added four fatalities, including an 18-year-old girl, and 32 injuries, many among women and children, especially in the Nabatieh area.
