Man arrested in Alicante for killing his partner in Leganés

On Saturday afternoon, a father entered his daughter's home in Leganés with his own keys after receiving no contact and found her dead, showing clear signs of violence. He alerted the emergency number 091 at about 15:15, prompting a police response. After a series of investigative steps, authorities determined the perpetrator to be the victim's partner.

Within a day, the suspect was tracked to the province of Alicante. Officers from the Homicide Unit, supported by the Violent Crime Group of the Provincial Judicial Police, apprehended him and placed him under the authority of the courts. This case marks the second female homicide in Madrid that day and contributes to the national tally of gender-related killings.
