Neurosurgeon K Jagadeesh Babu Killed When Car Collides with Divider and Ignites in Telangana
A neurosurgeon from Khammam died after his vehicle struck a road divider on NH-365BB near Pillalamarri and burst into flames.
On a Sunday morning, Dr K Jagadeesh Babu, head of neurosurgery at a private medical college in Khammam, was driving toward Hyderabad on NH-365BB. At roughly 7:15 a.m., his car collided with a road divider near Pillalamarri in Suryapet district and immediately ignited, engulfing the vehicle within minutes. Police investigators, including CI G Rajashekar, believe lack of sleep may have caused the loss of control.
Because the body was severely burned, identification required forensic confirmation, after which it was moved to Suryapet Government General Hospital for a postmortem. Family members were notified, and authorities continue to gather details about the crash.
