Renowned Brazilian butt-lift surgeon killed in Marbella clinic shooting

Dr Alexander Aslani, a leading plastic surgeon, was shot dead inside his Marbella clinic by an armed assailant who fled on a motorbike.

Dr Alexander Aslani, founder of the Cirumed Clinic and a specialist in Brazilian butt-lift procedures, was murdered inside his Marbella office on the evening of 7 October. A gunman dressed in black entered the clinic, fired multiple shots at the surgeon, and fled on a large dark motorbike while a second suspect drove away in a black Audi. Emergency services arrived but were unable to save Dr Aslani, who died at the scene before his body was transferred to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Malaga for autopsy.

Police have ruled out a classic organised-crime retaliation for now and are exploring other possibilities, including a client-ordered hit or financial grievances. The case is being handled by the Policia Nacional homicide unit, and no arrests have been made as of the following morning.
