Russia extends diesel export ban for another month to support domestic fuel market

According to a cabinet briefing reported by the state news agency TASZSZ, Russia will keep its diesel export ban in place for one more month. The measure also covers maritime fuel exports. Officials say the extension aims to preserve stable fuel supplies domestically, especially as agricultural harvesting increases demand for motor fuel. The ban on diesel exports for manufacturers was previously set to end at the end of September, while restrictions on gasoline and diesel for non-manufacturers remain in force.
