Russian drone and missile barrage kills three and injures dozens across Ukraine

A fresh wave of Russian aerial attacks left at least three people dead and more than ten wounded in Ukraine, while a Wildberries warehouse near Moscow was also struck.

Ukraine said Russian missiles and drones struck multiple sites, resulting in at least three deaths and more than ten injuries across the country. A market in Kyiv caught fire after being hit, prompting firefighters to battle the blaze and triggering four air-raid alerts since Saturday night. In Zaporizhzhia, a guided aerial bomb destroyed a house, killing two residents, while Dnipropetrovsk reported one fatality and 14 wounded.

Kyiv claimed to have downed three missiles and nearly 100 drones, whereas Moscow's mayor said three people were injured and a Wildberries warehouse 25 km from the city centre was hit, producing a large smoke plume. Additionally, Romania's defence ministry said a Spanish-operated F-18 shot down a drone that entered its airspace from Moldova.
