The same day, Governor Ivan Fedorov reported that a drone hit Zaporizhzhia, causing one death and seven injuries, and damaging residential and non-residential structures.
Prokudin said the injured were taken to hospitals, while Fedorov noted a fire broke out at the Zaporizhzhia site. These attacks add to a pattern of Russian drone strikes on civilian areas in the region.
