Sarah Ferguson, 66, is preparing to return to Britain, securing a six-bedroom, three-bathroom house with a granny annex in the Home Counties. After years of living at Royal Lodge with ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, his recent eviction amid an investigation into his alleged links to Jeffrey Epstein has prompted her move. A source said she has been eyeing a return for some time and that her possessions were retrieved from Sandringham this week, with occupancy expected by Monday.

Her comeback coincides with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s extended stay in the UK, after landing at Birmingham airport from California. Their children, Archie and Lilibet, are slated to start school soon, supported in part by hedge-fund billionaire Ian Wace. A representative for Ferguson has not responded to inquiries.
