Socialist lawmakers own dozens of rental properties, many earning rental income

María Mercè Perea i Conillas, a socialist representative for the PSC in Barcelona, declared ownership of 13 dwellings, nine acquired through donation, and receives rental income from several of them. Her portfolio includes two apartments in Barcelona city, five in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, four in Castelldefels, and additional homes in Tarragona and Torre Endoménech, Castellón.
