In the recent early parliamentary election in Vojvodina, the University List, a student-driven party, emerged as the winner, defeating the long-standing ruling party of Alekszandar Vucsics. Party leader Ilija Srdanovic told 021.rs that the foremost objective is to complete investigations into the November 1 collapse of a train-station roof that killed sixteen people, and to identify any corrupt practices that led to the disaster.
