Three women killed in separate NSW incidents, two alleged domestic attacks

In Sydney's Bondi Beach, a woman in her 90s was found stabbed inside her apartment around 5.15 pm on Saturday and died at the scene; a 47-year-old man has been charged with murder and will appear in bail court. Around 9.35 pm, police responded to a domestic-violence call in the Mole River area, where a 37-year-old man is suspected of entering a property, attempting vehicle theft, and assaulting a 74-year-old resident before a second woman in her 70s was found dead amid fire damage; the suspect has been arrested.

Earlier that day, at about 11.45 am in Wagga Wagga, a 23-year-old woman was discovered with critical stab wounds and died on site; an 18-year-old man was briefly detained and released, while a 31-year-old man was arrested later that evening. Crime scenes have been secured at all locations, and the homicide squad is assisting investigations.
