Tropical storm Choi-Wan's outer trough to bring rain to Visayas and Mindanao Thursday
The outer trough of tropical storm Choi-Wan will affect parts of the Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday, while Luzon will see hot, humid conditions.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration, the storm remains outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility and will not enter the country in the next two to three days. Weather specialist Leanne Loreto said the trough will bring rain to Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday. Meanwhile, Luzon is expected to experience higher temperatures and humidity.
