Turkey urges immediate halt to Gulf attacks threatening US-Iran peace talks
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan called for an instant stop to reciprocal Gulf attacks, saying they undermine efforts to end the US-Iran conflict.
Speaking in Baku alongside his Azerbaijani counterpart, Hakan Fidan warned that ongoing strikes in the Gulf are damaging diplomatic moves aimed at concluding the US-Iran war. He stressed Turkey’s interest in a stable Iran and demanded that freedom of navigation be restored in the Strait of Hormuz.
