Ukrainian unmanned aircraft carried out overnight raids on Russian territory, striking a Wildberries warehouse in the Samara region and a residential building in Engels, Saratov region, with reports of two people killed in each location while casualty details are still being gathered. Regional governors Vyacheslav Fedorishchev and Roman Busargin confirmed the attacks in their respective areas. Russia's defence ministry said it shot down 635 Ukrainian drones during the same period.
Since July 18, Kyiv has systematically targeted about a dozen Wildberries facilities, and founder and chief executive Tatyana Kim described the attacks as terrorism against civilians.
