Witness Vasile Moldoveanu appears before DIICOT in fraud case involving Călin Georgescu

According to eyewitness footage, Moldoveanu arrived at the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) early Monday. He will provide testimony in the case against Călin Georgescu, who is accused of fraud. Sources indicate that money was returned from Moldoveanu’s account to businessman Răzvan Leu. Prosecutors from the Antimafia Directorate are handling the investigation, and Georgescu remains in preventive detention.
