Yemen's Human Rights Ministry blames Houthis for strikes on aid sites
Yemen's Human Rights Ministry says Houthi forces have attacked and looted Saudi-funded humanitarian and medical facilities along the western coast, including al-Khawkhah.
The ministry of the internationally recognised government in Aden accused Houthi fighters of targeting clinics, food and medicine warehouses, as well as water and shelter projects on the western seaboard. The alleged assaults were said to have hit al-Khawkhah and other nearby locations. Officials warned that these actions could deprive thousands of civilians and displaced persons of essential services. The ministry framed the incidents as a direct assault on humanitarian relief efforts.
