Andalusian poll shows PP leading while PSOE falls and fringe parties gain ground

A new Andalusian poll released by the Fundación de Estudios Andaluces shows the People's Party maintaining its lead, the Socialists slipping, and both Vox and Adelante Andalucía rising ahead of the November general election.

According to the latest survey from the Fundación de Estudios Andaluces, the People's Party would stay ahead in Andalusia but fall short of the seats needed for an outright majority in the regional parliament. The Socialist Party is projected to experience the largest decline among the major parties, reducing its expected seat count. In contrast, Vox is expected to increase its share of the vote, and Adelante Andalucía is forecast to make the biggest jump among regional parties.

The Por Andalucía coalition, led by Antonio Maíllo, would see only a marginal change in its support level. These trends are being watched closely as they could influence the upcoming national elections on 29 November.

Why it matters

The poll signals shifting voter dynamics in Spain's most populous region ahead of a crucial national election.
